I bought this toner to assist in recovery and skin barrier protection after using salicylic acid face wash and it's toner. I have acne prone skin and skin that is prone to break outs. Using this toner four times a week together with the salicylic acid toner that I use in between the remaining days has helped my skin to recover and give moisture. It works well by removing the remaining 'dirt' after washing your face. It's an amazing product
